This project began as an exploration into the language used in magazines aimed at women. I began exploring the moments in my life which are reflective of this and felt like moments of calm mixed with feeling of self doubt.

In this film I documented these moments and aimed for it to be a first hand account. I began to take film photos of these moments after, then adding illustration to contextualise this.

This was the beginning of my exploration into collage and combining film and photography techniques into my tactile practise.
